I created this piece as a gift to a dear friend for her 30th birthday. One day, I was driving thinking of what to paint for her, and I got the word summit, and immediately saw this stand-alone mountain front and center! As I prayed through it more, God showed me how He wanted to speak to her about this season of life through this painting.
The painting came together seamlessly, and spoke to her heart. Now, the painting holds the promise of God’s word over this season of life which she gets to look at every day.
